Spring!

March so far is behaving to type, in that you get glorious albeit still quite chilly days and just when you start shedding layers winter reminds you its still hanging in there!

I’ve noticed the subtle changes in the seasons so much more since moving into the countryside, and I’m really appreciative of this heightened awareness and connection. Still not much happening in the way of crafting or pastel work though! My heads been full of renovation plans and getting the garden ready to grow at least some fruit and veg during our first year, although I have got one drawing underway and plans to paint a fox and a barn owl when not able to get out into the garden.

I hope whatever you’re up to, you’ve been able to enjoy these first new days of spring.

Until next month,

Anne-Louise
