Moving on Up!

And also right a bit – we’ve finally got the key to our new home in a beautiful dale in Yorkshire, so all things crafty has been put on hold until the new year, although I’m still managing some creativity in the form of making curtains!

Before the move was on the cards, I’d started to think about what I’d like to make for the Staithes Festival of Arts and Heritage next year, which is held on the weekend around the second week in September. Given it will be heading towards Christmas time, there will be a number of decorations including some trees for your tree! I’m really pleased how they’ve turned out – some examples below, as well as some recent artwork commissions on display.

Textured Christmas Trees

I’ll be back in the new year just as soon as I’ve unpacked my pastels and crocheting gear with my next update, but in the meantime, wishing you and yours a wonderful Christmas time.

Take care, Anne-Louise
